REVIEW: Hadanomy Collagen Face Mask

After too much praising for My Beauty Diary mask I have to talk about my favourite mask among all the other ones! It is the Hadanomy face mask. I first heard of this mask in ekiBlog (click on the link to see her review on the entire Hadanomy collection!). Her blog is one my favourite blogs that I follow, even though her review for the mask was so-so I still wanted to try it out because, I am more of a face mask person rather than tons of lotions, essences, serums and etc.

My first thought on this mask was "Why is it so expensive~ ?" It comes in a pack of 4 and compared to My Beauty Diary face masks that comes in a pack of 10 almost for the same price, at the time I found it as a nonsense. But(!), I was wrong there is a reason for that price difference!

First time I used this mask I fell in love with it even though as it is mentioned in ekiBlog the design is kind of difficult to work. The mask has a jelly formula and 250mg of collagen in it. Now, I'm a very young person so I am not suffering from wrinkles or visible small lines but you still need to prevent those! This is definitely my favourite face mask right now and it is very easy for me to get a hold of it because it's sold in my local market! They have it for cheaper on www.sasa.com but if I were to pay shipping costs it would be the same price as my local market sells. I have already finished two packs of this mask and even with all the other ones I own I am planning to go and buy one more pack!
Every time I use this mask on my face I always feel my skin feel hydrated, soft and very strong if that even makes sense to you. Best way for me to explain that would be that my skins gets plump and literally soft and elastic like a baby skin. I rarely have a breakout, I am glad I have good genes when it comes to skin but, a week after I came to the tropic place I keep mentioning my skin broke out very bad :( So I stopped using anything on my face no makeup, no skin products, nothing! I only washed my face but then one night I put this mask on and believe it or not but it really helped me with the breakouts especially on my forehead. The dry bumps (they were not pimples, acne or anything I still don't know what it was) disappeared in the morning. I don't know if it was because of the mask but I believe it was because my skin felt great in the morning! I highly(!) recommend this mask to anyone that has combination skin. I will be honest though if you have very oily skin I would not recommend this to you as it may leave you on the oily and shiny side a lot more than you already are...
I shall post a before and after picture in the upcoming blog entries or just as a update on this entry. Look forward to it please!

Pros:
Moisturizing
Great smell
More product left in package
Elastic and strong skin
Bright and glowing skin

Cons:
Design is hard to figure out at first.
Feels sticky after taking it off

REVIEW: My Beauty Diary Bulgarian White Rose Mask

Hello everyone!
So I thought I would start reviewing all the masks that I own one by one. Since it would take me a while to finish all of them and then write a review on them. But, in the end I will definitely do a comparison between them all.

Maybe you have seen it in my other blog entries but My Beauty Diary mask that I own is not something new to me. It was actually my first face mask purchase because I never used face masks before. I bought a pack that was made for Valentine's Day and it had both Bulgarian White Rose and Chocolate face masks. Between the two of them Bulgarian White Rose has been my favourite.

from: sasa.com

Production and expiration date written on the bottom.
As you can see from the description this mask is ideal for all skin types and as a person who has combination skin that is a great thing for me. It also claims whitening for the skin. I already have very pale skin even though I love the pale look it can sometimes make me look very dull but I this mask gives a great glow to my skin. You can see my skin glowing even when I wear BB Cream on top of it.

I am not exactly sure why but it maintains the oily and dry places very well. Even though it is a moisturizing mask it doesn't make me oily and moisturizes the dry areas on my face very well and as I mentioned before it gives a great glow to skin. If I have to give an example it would be Sandara Park's skin in Etude House ads. Also the design of the mask is perfect. I usually prefer to leave my face masks longer than it is said on the packages and I never find it hard to walk around the house with this mask on. It sits on the face perfectly and doesn't slide around. The only thing that bothers me is the part that is cut out for the lips though! The upper lip part tends to fall because it stretches(?).

Pros:
Balances the skin moisture
Radiant healthy glow to skin
Production and expiration date
Leaves skin very soft
Smell of roses

Cons:
Part cut out for lips
Sticky feeling after taking it off

HAUL: Lush and The Face Shop

Hello everyone!
I haven't made any posts lately and the reason for that is I came to visit my parents and before I did that(!) I went to some of my favourite stores to stock up on things that I may need while I am visiting them since it will be long visit!

First I went to The Face Shop, I bought a lot of face masks! Not just face masks though I also bought hand and feet mask, which I haven't tried yet and can not wait to try! I also bought a BB Cream and essence for my face. While I was in the shop, because I am running out of my Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream I thought I would buy a back-up. While there I asked one of the girls which one I should get, she was very helpful and chose aqua tinted for me. I am glad she did because where I am right now is a very tropical place and it is very hot combined with humidity (now I know why I was so sure about leaving this city). I will be doing a review on this BB Cream and comparison with my other one! Last thing I bought from The Face Shop was the face essence, for a while now I was using La Mer moisturizing gel but I ran out of it and with everything going on I did not want to go and pay all that money for it but I knew I had to get something for my face so I gave The Face Shop a try. The girl in the shop told me that this Eco-Therapy series was their best seller and I chose to try the essence since I do not like to use anything too heavy on my face. The girl that was working in the store was so nice she gave me couple free face masks, UV protection cream and few more stuff. I will be making review posts on these products at the end of the month since I actually want to have better idea for all. Moving on!

I went to the Lush store to buy bath bombs for myself as I am a person who likes to take long hot baths. I ended up buying two bath bombs (Butterball and a green apple one, sorry I can not remember the name), Volcano foot mask (it is not in the photo because it was for my mother), bath bubble bar in Green (that is the name for that). Even though I did not buy much they gave me two sample size Sultana and one sample size Honey, I Washed The Kids. I think I will fall in love with Sultana because it has a great moisturizing feeling to it even when you just touch it.

I feel and know that I have talked too much so I will end this blog post here. Hopefully now that I have more time in my hand I will be making tutorials and review posts! Please expect them (:

TUTORIAL: Chocolate Drip Nails

Helloooo, helloooo, hellooo!! :)
I know summer is already over but I came to visit my parents and wow this place is so tropical it makes me want to nom~ on ice creams all the time! Long time ago I saw Hikari's nails in a photo and I thought it looked so cool I had to try it and what's better than having ice cream nails with chocolate dripping on them?!

These are Hikari's nails. (Photo is taken from her blog)
Watch the video below to learn how to get nails like these! Please be nice to me since this is my first video ever! And I'm sorry about the position and the focusing! It will be better once I get used to it (:

The end product photo is old when I first did it on my short nails! I forgot to take new photos because I usually always have dark red nail polish on and I took these off after I was done recording! Boo-hoo...
Please subscribe to my channel and follow my blog for more upcoming tutorials and reviews of products~
I will have a new blog post about my new The Face Shop haul and reviews of the products from my old haul post!

♥♥ The Face Shop Haul! ♥♥

Hello to whoever is reading this! (:
So recently I went to The Face Shop store in order to get myself a facial cleanser since I used up all mine. But(!), whenever I go there I end up buying more stuff because I love everything I get from The Face Shop. The price is reasonable, products are great and you get to see Kim Hyun Joong's face everywhere~
Sorry about the bad lighting :( I really wanted to take photos of the products before I used them!
From L - R:
Self Steam Hair Pack, Bubble Net, ChangPo Hair Essence, Lovely Me: EX Lip Stain, Pearl Face Mask, Herb Day Cleansing Foam
This time when I went there, I initially wanted to get Herb Day Cleansing Foam facial cleanser with peach only. It is for all skin types but as description tag under it said it is for "moisturized and glowing skin".

Of course I ended up getting more stuff. As I have talked about in my previous post I have overly processed hair on the tips so I bought the hair pack and the essence. Later for my skin I bought the foaming cleanser and recently I saw on DanceandMelodee's (check out her channel she has great tips for good skin) skin care video that she uses a bubble net for her cleanser so when I saw one in The Face Shop I immediately added it in my shopping bag! I also bought a mask since I'm running out of my other ones (expect a face mask review for different brands soon!☺)

And last but not least I bought a lip stain. After watching too many dramas I realized that most of the actresses always has this tint in the middle of their lips that looks very nice so let's say I got jealous and wanted to go for that look! That is it for now I will do a review on each product soon and the promised ice cream nail tutorial.

Thank you for reading...

REVIEW: Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream All Day Strong #1

Hello! (:
So today I will be talking about one of my absolute favourite product! Etude House Precious Mineral BB Cream All Day Strong in #1 Sheer Silky Skin. This product comes in #3 different shades which are not very different from each other but they differ with your skin type.

It has SPF 30 which is great to protect your skin from UV lights during the day.

When I got this product I didn't know that #1 was for oily skin type but I got it because it was the lightest shade (smart right? -_-). I have combination skin where only my nose area gets oily, my forehead are is very and the rest is just normal with a little sensitivity. But it worked great for my skin type! Also, I usually have trouble finding products for my skin colour because I'm very pale with both pink and olive undertones, if that makes any sense at all. But every product I use either looks very beige or very pink on me :( This BB cream matches perfectly!!

Etude House is a Korean brand and this BB creams advertisements were made with Sandara Park, who I love very much and I think she is beautiful! This product has a really nice, pleasant smell which is not very heavy... I can compare it to Chanel foundations actually because I find the smell very close to VitaLumiere which once I used. Also this product did not cause me to breakout or anything like that and usually my skin is not that great with products due to sensitivity.
It comes with a pump so all you have to do is to pump out the product out of the tube. Which is very sterile.

I am a very lucky girl when it comes to skin because I don't have any blemishes or scars that I have to cover up aside from a little redness on my cheeks which happens because I blush easily. So this product is more of a light to medium coverage. If anyone out there with blemishes or acne scars wants to use it you will HAVE to use a concealer on top of it. With this BB cream I find it okay not to put powder on top if I want to have a dewy finish that day but at times I use translucent powder if I want more of a matte finish. Even so my skin looks very healthy still.
It looks very light on my hand but it matches perfectly with my face!

All in all, words can not describe how much I love this product and soon I will run out of it! It seems that PinkyParadise doesn't carry this anymore and I couldn't find it on any website that I can trust purchasing from.

Pros:
packaging (tube with pump)
great for combination skin types
pleasant smell
healthy, dewy finish
fair pricing
a little goes a long way!

Cons:
hard to find now (but there is a new range)
if you need heavy coverage it's not for you!
it's hard to get the amount you want with pump...

Thank you for reading my blog! If you know where I can get this BB cream again please comment down below! To go to Etude House website in Korean click here. If you want to visit the English website click here.

Pinky Paradise Review

Pinky Paradise! I even love the name of this website! They carry a lot of great stuff. This is a very late post but months ago I ordered several things from Pinky Paradise for the first time. Of course I was sort of scared ordering them as you don't know if you will get authentic things or even if you will get them or not?! They had a promotion for express free shipping at the time depending on how much you spend.

This FedEx envelope was inside another FedEx envelope for which I believe the safety of the items.
The items were sent in a FedEx bubble envelope which was again inside a FedEx bubble envelope. The shipment for me was free and it was express shipping. My order came over to my place only after couple days that my order was processed. In case if you are wondering my order was processed the day I ordered my items.

They had the Etude House BB Cream wrapped in a soft bubble wrap. They sent the contact lens cases and hair holder as a gift which I believe is very nice of them!
Pinky Paradise staff was very friendly. Before I ordered my contact lenses I asked them a lot of questions and they patiently answered all of them as soon as they could! There were these specific contacts that I was looking for at the time, which I saw on a celebrity and they even helped me figure out which contact lens is the most similar to that one.

They had the contact lenses that I ordered wrapped in soft bubble wrap so the  glass vials were safe from damage! They also sent the eye masks as a gift too (:

I am very happy with my order from them. The shipping was very fast and not just that but the items I received are great and I am happy with every single of them. So, if you are looking for some Asian cosmetics (which is hard to get a hold of outside of Asia) and circle lenses that are authentic, you definitely need to check out their website. REVIEW: Lush Hair Treatment Jasmine and Henna Fluff Eaze

Hello (:
So today's post is going to about a Lush product which I have used for a while now. It is the hair treatment that was made to tame frizzy hair and to moisturize it. This hair mask cost me £11.50 which I don't believe is very expensive as it is a product that does what it says even though not as much as I expected it to be.
Hair Moisturizer
"Frizz be gone! Avoid fluffy, flyaway hair by applying plenty of this henna-rich, organic jojoba, brazil nut and coconut oil pre-wash treatment to dry hair, massaging it into your scalp, leaving for 20 minutes and rinsing out."

It comes in a classic Lush black pot which you can recycle! There is 220g / 7.7 oz. of product in the pot.
I apply this product to all of my hair but mostly on the tips of it. I have very long hair so I can say that this pot has enough product to use it 4 times. You have to use it on your dry hair (so it can not be wet or damp). Leave it in for 20 minutes (I usually leave it on for longer) and then rinse it out and continue with your regular hair routine.

This is how much is left from it after 3 uses.

This product definitely does ease the frizz in the hair but I can not say that I see a nice moisturizing effect from it. I have very dry hair due to the fact that I have bleached it a lot of times and even dyed it pink and several other colours. When I bought this product I thought I would love it as much as I loved their other hair masks but unfortunately I don't. Even though it eased the frizz in my hair, my hair was very hard feeling and not soft at all. I have used a lot of moisturizing hair masks before and they have all left my hair feeling very soft but with this product the tips of my hair felt very bad and it also looked very brittle for some reason. Also, this product has a very strong smell to it which will stay in your hair until third wash. It is not a bad smell and also not a very pleasant smell, so I would not recommend to people that don't like the smell of henna but in a very strong way.
Pros:
it does ease the frizz
smells nice after you wash it out
it is a vegan product

Cons:
it does not leave the hair soft
while it is in the hair smells very strong and bad (in my opinion)

I would only recommend this product to those who have pretty soft but frizzy hair and most importantly to those who does not mind the strong smell of this product. So before you buy it, smell it in the store!

If there are any products that you can recommend for very dry hair leave it as a comment (:
Thank you!
