HAUL: Lush, Kiehl's, Juicy Couture, Neiman Marcus, Victoria's Secret

Hello everyone!
First of all happy 2013 to everyone that reads my blog. As 2012 ended and 2013 started all of the stores were having sales or specials. These are the stuff that I bought this month excluding clothing... For me to make a clothing haul would take me a while as the post would go on and on (:

From Kiehl's I bought myself face moisturizer and cleanser. They were having a special so I bought the second moisturizer almost for free! From my previous posts I was talking about La Mer gel moisturizer and then The Face Shop facial essence, so how did I end up with Kiehl's? Well, while watching some old episodes of Get It Beauty I saw that they were raving about this moisturizer so I actually went in to the store to ask for samples that I can try for a week to see if it is any good for my skin. I was so surprised because it made my face very soft! I will have a full review on it soon.

Later I went in to Juicy Couture store and they were having a winter sale with extra 50% off from already discounted prices so I bought these blue ear muffs which you can also use as headphones simply by plugging it into your iPod. I also wanted to buy earrings for myself as I find Juicy Couture earrings very cute to wear especially drop like ones when you just put your hair in a bun they look very cute. Unfortunately they didn't have many options that were on sale.

As I was running out of my favourite mascara, which is Dior BlackOut, I went to Neiman Marcus to buy that. You can definitely buy Dior mascara from other stores but I simply go to Neiman Marcus because the lady there always helps me out with whatever I need and we usually end up speaking French :P

Last thing I bought was from Lush, again they were having a buy one get one free special! I originally went in to buy bath bombs but as they were having buy one get one free special for the gift boxes I bought those two gift boxes that you can see in the photo above. They include bubble gum lip scrub, rockstar soap, body wash, bath bomb and bubble bomb. And I got two just for the price of one so I am very happy. Also, the girls that were working in the store gave me a lot of samples for me to try (:

Unfortunately I guess after some age you end up buying gifts but not receiving them so I didn't receive any gifts from anyone besides one of my good friend (I'm not sure if she would want me to give out her name here so I will call her 양승부인). She bought me this Victoria's Secret bath collection and lip products as gift and she also bought me the movie that I wanted to see so bad but never had a chance to see! 진짜 고마워 양승부인!!!

Well that is it for this post. Soon I am planning about making video tutorials and reviews. I'm just trying to find nice setting with nice lighting. Also I will update my Etude House BB Cream review with better photos because I realized just showing it on my hand doesn't do any justice to that product!

REVIEW: Lush Hair Treatment Jasmine and Henna Fluff Eaze

Hello (:
So today's post is going to about a Lush product which I have used for a while now. It is the hair treatment that was made to tame frizzy hair and to moisturize it. This hair mask cost me £11.50 which I don't believe is very expensive as it is a product that does what it says even though not as much as I expected it to be.
Hair Moisturizer
"Frizz be gone! Avoid fluffy, flyaway hair by applying plenty of this henna-rich, organic jojoba, brazil nut and coconut oil pre-wash treatment to dry hair, massaging it into your scalp, leaving for 20 minutes and rinsing out."

It comes in a classic Lush black pot which you can recycle! There is 220g / 7.7 oz. of product in the pot.
I apply this product to all of my hair but mostly on the tips of it. I have very long hair so I can say that this pot has enough product to use it 4 times. You have to use it on your dry hair (so it can not be wet or damp). Leave it in for 20 minutes (I usually leave it on for longer) and then rinse it out and continue with your regular hair routine.

This is how much is left from it after 3 uses.

This product definitely does ease the frizz in the hair but I can not say that I see a nice moisturizing effect from it. I have very dry hair due to the fact that I have bleached it a lot of times and even dyed it pink and several other colours. When I bought this product I thought I would love it as much as I loved their other hair masks but unfortunately I don't. Even though it eased the frizz in my hair, my hair was very hard feeling and not soft at all. I have used a lot of moisturizing hair masks before and they have all left my hair feeling very soft but with this product the tips of my hair felt very bad and it also looked very brittle for some reason. Also, this product has a very strong smell to it which will stay in your hair until third wash. It is not a bad smell and also not a very pleasant smell, so I would not recommend to people that don't like the smell of henna but in a very strong way.
Pros:
it does ease the frizz
smells nice after you wash it out
it is a vegan product

Cons:
it does not leave the hair soft
while it is in the hair smells very strong and bad (in my opinion)

I would only recommend this product to those who have pretty soft but frizzy hair and most importantly to those who does not mind the strong smell of this product. So before you buy it, smell it in the store!
